- added latest ini for BB5 tp unlock
- improved BB5 TP unlock. Added reset counters TP option.
- improved BB5 files autoselection. Correct CNT and Variant are sellected.
- DCT4 + unlock improved. Added few models more in INI.
- Imei Tool updated for DCT4 + (asic11)

JAF Exe 1.98.57 ready

- improved USE INI function. /Program Files/Common/Nokia/DataPackage
folder is scanned ok now. The problem was access denied when reading
registry.
- improved NAND flashing for 8800 sirroco (chinese clone). You have now overloaded message if flash is too small for CNT or PPM.
- improved DCT4 imei tool. Now you have IP1 (imei patch) which is old
method and IP2 which can be used for 3***,5*** etc any version and have
full signal. Tested with 3220 latest version. Phones with small flash
like 1100, 1600 etc don't work yet.

Unpack in JAF folder. YOU MUST HAVE JAF SETUP 1.98.52 INSTALLED.
